1	What is the best way for a man to get validation ? Validation is feminine especially in the way it is framed here, and if you are a straight male seeking it in year 2024 then you are playing someone elses game. That is if we are talking strictly in context of what OP is referring to in that men are not innately valued like women. But technically this is already answered.
