I can't finish watching this video. I'm all for PPD and I'm gleeful about this lady getting an entire season cancelled because she's being held accountable, but you can tell the general worldview of this YouTuber within seconds. His attitude is too toxic and just borderline on red pill. No thanks. Get your news from better sources, OP. You can be pro-PPD and avoid incel-adjacent red-pilling shit like this YouTuber.

No one else notice the male participant had his mug shot on the website, which will be scraped by google to associate with him. But her mugshot is not on that website. Or on any of the articles from that website detailing her previous crime. Looks like the PP wasn't denied.

It's not even that. The cold weather areas have hotels that cater to staycations. Their facilities are all indoors. Perfect for a couple days of letting your kids run loose and you enjoying a hotel's amenities.

First, the boys tell her to leave. Now I haven't seen a picture, but she can't be all that hot. I'm assuming you're one of those idiots who thinks getting hard means it can't be rape. "Hotness" as you judge it has nothing to do with legal consent or forgiving someone for molesting or raping somebody. Second, they were having a staycation in the same hotel as a hockey team was staying in for a tournament or something. Can that be all that nice of a hotel? Hotels in cold climates have indoor pools…

She'd have to sneak into a country with an extradition treaty with the States, preferably one that stands in opposition to extradition to the States. There aren't many, and of the few that exist, fewer still are places a rich person would want to go.

this was a 'non violent' offense And peeps need to keep in mind that she was found guilty of financial crimes only, not of the patient defrauding crimes. You don't get sentenced for crimes you aren't convicted of. Her supposedly-abusive partner is gonna get nailed with those. He'll get way more than what she got. (Which in a way is kinda sorta a PP.)

and in the end your punishment is 11 years which will probably become 5.5 years due to “good behavior” Federal <> State. Federal sentencing says you have to serve at least 85% of your sentence. So she's in for 9.5 at least.

No they largely weren't. They couldn't use "traditional blood tests" without collecting "traditional amounts of blood." But if they did that, it would ruin the illusion. So they collected the Tharanos amount of blood, then diluted it, so it would be enough of a sample to use in traditional machines. Obviously diluted blood won't give you accurate results.

The only part she won wasn't even against Depp's actions or statements, but his lawyer's. She was that petty that she sued him for what his lawyer said. Johnny's himself came away pretty clean from this.

She's gonna win her case. UK can only revoke citizenship to someone if they are not left a stateless person as a result. Their rules. This girl has a Bangladeshi mother but the girl does not have Bangladeshi citizenship (and Bangladesh is on record as saying she can't get one for the same reason the UK wants to deny her theirs.) Tip for rich men- gold diggers aren't worth the trouble. Just hire a prostitute. Plenty of super hot girls aren't on OF or even rate themselves OF-worthy. They may engage in transactional relationships, or be open to it, but they won't say as much or consider it such. Those are the ones the wealthy men should be doing after. Yet they want equal pay, subsidised by money brought in by the men's leagues The lawsuit has been solely about national team. For much of the last decade, the women's team has made as much as the men, if not more. Theirs is a misleading fight, but you need your facts straight in order to attack it.

Men get paid on a per game basis in the US. If they don't play, they don't get money. Women get paid a salary regardless. Not all the women. Just the stars. An important distinction. The women's side has done a good job muddying that line - they aren't fighting for the newcomers. Also, having the women on salary encourages us to continue playing those women, whether or not they're in a slump in their club game. Whether that's good for a player's game and/or bad for expanding the program is unres…

Him walking out prevents her from hitting back at him with accusations or insults, regardless of whether they were true, and putting him on the defensive/making the focus of things on him instead of her. Some metro bus regulations require you to give up your seat for the elderly and infirm if you are sitting in a seat marked for such. Those seats are usually in the front, easily accessible, bad often are the same seats that are stowed when a wheelchair place is needed. In those cases, nobody has to ask... You're just expected (and demanded) to comply. And that's the agreement you made when you sat there. Elsewhere on the bus, however, it's first-come, first-sat.

Everything he was doing in that scuffle was in the spirit of taking her down without hitting her. Before the throw, he kicks at her legs to cause her to lose balance. Then he tries to step between her legs so he can trip her back. And finally, he resorts to the throw/hip-toss. That was some mad discipline.

They were into their emotions they couldn’t think logically. Men do the same thing when we're hyped up on adrenaline. Women want to be understood but don’t bother understanding other people. Men are capable of the same thing. They only listen because they want to reply not to think. Guess where I'm going with this. Entitled cunts When you're willfully ignorant and cast aspersions against an entire gender, maybe you're not too far removed from an entitled label.

I tried to mention that they don't being in the same revenue Depends on the year, and how broadcast rights is calculated (the Fed groups men and women together.) The women make much more revenue than I think you're giving them credit for. Revenue was never a big part of the counter-argument. The problem with “false rape accusations” is that it’s assumed that just because a man isn’t convicted, the accusation was false. Women already have enough reasons to not want to come forward about rape, but the threat of higher punishment than a misdemeanor if the man is not convicted would put society back hundreds of years. None of this is how a false reporting charge works! Just like a rape, a false reporting charge has to be proven. The bar for that is quite high already and will remain tha…

Women- we need our own parking spaces because we dont feel safe Also women- let me just go on a jog in the sketchiest part of town at 2 am You: Hurr durr! These women are obviously the same women! Ridiculous to think that women in general - or even men, for that matter - regularly go on a jogs in sketch towns in the middle of the morning. Fuck outta here with that hyperbole. This isn't about Civil Rights. It's about the structure of a chunk of Turkish society (the Muslim requirement of separating men from women) and/or the protection of women in confined spaces. Parking garages are actually dangerous places for single women. It's important to realize that sometimes accommodation isn't the granting of a pass.

If you’re judging him solely on what can be seen in this clip; then you’re judging prematurely. Unless you were there, have the backstory, or have the full video, I wouldn’t be too quick to judge. Then you shouldn't be too quick to defend, either. It goes both ways.

He laid a hand on them first, unless I'm missing part of this video. Hate to say it, but that's it, and that's hard to defend in court. You gotta be smart enough to know when you can't be the one to strike first. Gotta give yourself the cover of self-defense. This guy didn't do that.

A lot of states prevent people in authority from having sex with their charges. Because it weakens one party's ability to deny consent. If this kid was worried about failing a class or being targeted for academic retribution, or anything related to his status as a student, then is he really in a position to freely deny consent? The answer is definitely "no." Teachers aren't the only ones with that legal restriction.

As someone who wasn't told til they were 10, I can categorically say that is "too late." Earlier is better. Let the kid's concept of familial reality be shaped by what the situation is, not what you wish the situation is. That's a reason why rent is so high in California by the way It's more likely the lack of new home building and the related 3% rental vacancy rate. it's not worth renting to low quality renters unless you havea large margin. There is no cap to deposit requirements. And a tenant who refuses to accept eviction must still pay rent.
