1	Mr. Morgan makes a fair point You can fight for men's rights to disown a child. More power to you. But why does that fight need to involve taking rights away from women? The two are related yes, but for you to say that women don't deserve something just because men don't have it is ludicrous and childish. 3	Mr. Morgan makes a fair point I should have said 'person' rather than 'human'. A fetus is human yes, it is not a person and does not have legal rights. You would be breaking the law if you did not provide medical care for your child, yes. Even the evangelical christians of the mid 20th century agreed that the baby doesn't have a soul until birth. Even if we consider a fetus a human - which we don't - you still cannot force a person to undergo any medical condition for another person. 22	Mr. Morgan makes a fair point I agree that it is wrong to force a man to pay for a child they didn't want. You should be able to disown a child at any age. But, if you take abortion rights away from women it means that even if both people in the relationship don't want the baby the woman would have to carry it to term and put it up for adoption. The man gets away none the worse for wear, and the woman is forced to endure one of the worst experiences a human can go through, physically.
