If someone feels unsafe simply because you exist, that’s their problem, not yours. 1	What is a respectful and factful way to address data showing that "Women are underrepresented" What if they say preference is shaped by society? Men are seen as leaders while women are seen as nurtures, what do you think is a good counter argument to that that we should have? In my opinion men are also underrepresented in fields like childcare workers, but they won’t talk about that.
