i was doing push pull every other day too with little progress. you have to go everyday. 6 times a week. ppl, pol, and rest day. its the only way

i say, if u feel " in love" with a certain girl then just go for it. go all out and do the lovey dovey things u feel like doing, then u can see the consequences for your own eyes. and u prob wont ever give ur heart out again.

Im in Dc and having a fine time, but I imagine LA would be better. Go take a trip and see what its like, nothing beats trying it for yourself

as long as ur in shape then size doesn't matter. become good at going down on chicks or using ur fingers. not many guys do it and girls can get obsessed with u becuase its so rare. own it man

This is great advice. I will say one thing, when you go to the gym and you don't feel like lifting or aren't in the mood- be sure to warm up and get focused before lifting. Last week I was sleepy while squatting and I wasn't focused, so I had bad form and hurt my back. Always check your form and get focused.

I was talking about this with a chick the other day. How most men in the past have created shit (art, civilizations, Etc.). But she was saying most women never could cuz they were housewives the whole time, and didn't have the time or resources that men did. Makes some sense to me, theres a lot of female artists and crap nowadays- what do you guys think?
