-1	Should child support be illegal? The Father should be able to abort his obligations and rights to an unborn child the same way the Mother can choose to abort the unborn. File the claim with a local city clerk or court. After the child is born, the assumed Father should be allowed to request a paternity test to confirm he is actually the Father before any payments are ordered.
