2	Important question: how is guy supposed to be like to be considered GOOD ENOUGH to date? I'm not the poster you asked but I still wanted to weigh in. Firstly. You need to click with a therapist. If you don't match, it doesn't work. Secondly, you need to be able to look at yourself. Introspection is a good thing big part of mental health. And lastly. What do you have to lose? If you are feeling down, or your demons are making a mess. It wouldn't hurt to try. They can't make it worse.
