It depends on the mods' definitions of "pussypass", to some extent. It's been a while since I quit modding at PPD, so I can't vouch for how they run things. I will venture to speculate that a larger part of it has to do with the nature of the content itself. PPD inherently evokes feelings of gratification/justification, whereas PP content is often rage-inducing because there IS no satisfactory outcome. We've actually received complaints citing as much.
