You mean the woman that accused the man of rape which eventually led to his suicide? If so, the punishment part is quite simple: jail or some other kind of imprisonment with education/rehabilitation. Yet, I don't see that as a solution to the problem, which is the need of accusing an innocent man (if he is) of rape. For that to be solved, one should examine the nature of crime itself, the place of the crime and motives. Judging by the location of the committed crime, India, I'd say poverty could…

Yes. And even if I didn't you did. Sure, by punishing someone that way (beating them) you'd remove the symptom, but not the problem as whole.

I'm really not into the whole generalization thingy. It gets so easy out of the control. I'd agree (if there were facts backing it up) on a view that some male or female is being a dickface, but painting a whole movement, whether it's men's rights or feminism as wrong is just inefficient. Also, Feminism is a collection of movements aimed at defining, establishing, and defending equal political, economic, and social rights and equal opportunities for women.. There's nothing wrong with feminism itself, but there is with people striving to propagate some militant or an extreme version of it. You'd agree with me that women…

No, but that's not what we're talking about (in this thread). Anything related to women in that article is a woman that accused the man of rape. Also, my bad on writing womEn a post up, should have said womAn. English no mature language, I sucke sucke.

Yes, because 2000 years of the advancement of the civilization should be reduced to flogging.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
