If so, the punishment part is quite simple: jail or some other kind of imprisonment with education/rehabilitation. Yet, I don't see that as a solution to the problem, which is the need of accusing an innocent man (if he is) of rape. I'd agree (if there were facts backing it up) on a view that some male or female is being a dickface, but painting a whole movement, whether it's men's rights or feminism as wrong is just inefficient.
