The stereotypes can really work in your favour. Usually Indians and Pakistanis (me) have a stereotype for being nerdy geeks so if you flip it and have an outgoing and eccentric personality/lifestyle the defiance of the stereotype gives you the element of power and surprise.

Good for ultimately developing a more attractive looking body. Yes I'm 19 and have just started lifting, ive been told to focus on compound movements to begin with and then later add in isolation once iv built u p my strength

Its the common culprit of being negative and fearful. My looks and social skills are fine its just I'm scared to try it on with girls, I think due to sex being a taboo and repressed aspect of life with my religious upbringing. Also great post it shares similarities with models by Mark Manson about true confidence and showing vulnerability, definitely hits home to me that this is the correct way to behave.
