4	Am I missing something here? I can’t see this holding up in court. I mean there isn’t enough info to really know what happened, but I don’t see how he is guilty of invasion of privacy. There is no expectation of privacy in a restaurant from what I know of the law “in general” and I am also not from where the incident took place. Now if he upskirted or something, yea, he committed a crime, but just filming someone? Naaah.
