I do get that point. When I am nice that is sadly when i usually get burned, but she had some rough family circumstances in the past two-ish weeks that made me act that way, and she seemed very appreciative. The second part - “charming and I have the best time in your company and arms” feels much more relationship oriented. Which makes it so confusing to me. My key goal is understanding why someone would send that message, then immediately pull back. It’s so precise and validated, it feels cruel…
