Yes I agree with you on that note. For example, I dont think Gender studies are as good a skill or paid like a STEM job is. Hence why women are paid less,since even if they took STEM, they arent as good at it due to differences.

Gender differences in my view make women weaker. For example in the military, obviously you hardly see women because it's physically intensive and mentally strenuous (PTSD) [most women cry at the sound of a gunshot]. Similarly why transgenders are banned from the military citing cost cutting measures (healthcare for example, women need it more than men). Similar nuances can be applied to mainstream jobs and hence the same conclusion.
