I think you may have a point there. One thing I forgot to mention, is that after she expresses her anger towards me, 2 hrs later she will begin apologizing and telling me how much she loves me etc. Almost like talking to a completely different person.

That sounds like a good idea. I used to be a lifter, but stopped training for various reasons. I'll be looking to get back into and get into shape. Perhaps I'll catch a night session. Thanks.

Thanks man, I'm going to try and start working on myself. It's just been tough to have confidence in myself, with the mental issues, but I'll do my best to push forward.
