Spouse is paying $2500/month in CS. Mom cries poverty while at the same time visits the skin care clinic, Las Vegas, and maintains a closet full of cocktail dresses with the tags still on them. She petitions whenever she can for more. There's nothing we can do. It's a sore subject. We wish we could shave off $500 of that per month and save it for the kids when they get older (college, etc). But yeah, she does well for herself.

This is sobering. There is/was failure to mete out justice for the accused party and that fact deserves heavy exposure and conversation for the alarming issue it is. We cannot forget this happened.

I greatly appreciate your words and support. I definitely will check out the web sites you've listed. Thank you.

Where does the article say that the ex admits to making it up? I'm missing that somewhere.

I can't even watch that.

I can't believe this exists. Pretty tasteless for a decoration. And not even the fun kind of tasteless.

It's chilling that spectators would find it funny.

Good. She has victimized men by her accusations and has probably undermined actual rape victim reports in the future.

An online post also indicates that Piotrkowski previously served as a member of the Northwestern Inclusion Task Force, a body created in 2012 to help advocate for diversity on campus. > Perhaps he would have been excellent for the job. IMO, to rule him out automatically because he is a "heterosexual white male" may not have been so wise; it does not mean that he automatically lacks capability to handle the job (especially given his previous experience).

'In her position of authority it’s prohibited to engage in any type of sex activity with a student regardless of whether it’s consensual or not,' said Sheriff's Major Ken Johnson. This is the bottom line. He is a victim despite the comments below the article.

The amount of time this man spent in jail while a DNA test was being rejected cost people money as well. And like Ma99ie said, there is no excuse for the denial of due process and adequate investigation.

If a man twisted a woman's labia, then she managed to escape to a nearby store to seek help, and the man ran after her without pants on, and gave the explanation that the woman hasn't paid attention to him for 2 days, I wonder if society would consider the man's actions sexual assault versus assault.

This mindset is sad. Anyone who is a victim of domestic violence and/or sex abuse deserves help, and those who help them should not be ostracized or denigrated.

Your atheism does not make you less than a dedicated father. If this really is part of why your situation exists, this is a total shame.

This case is disheartening. I hope it is the exception.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
