Yeah, I try to learn the language wherever I go. The longer I immerse myself into their culture, the better I get. Have Pimsleurs Russian lessons that I'm studying now. Going to try to those two cites, but the music scene in Odessa has be interested. Also want to be close to the Black Sea.

Yeah, I think when you get to a certain price point, luxury becomes gaudy and so hideous that it becomes a status symbol.
