Couldn't agree more. A thick neck makes a man looks more potent

Try a test only cycle and see how it goes for you For the first 6 weeks you'll feel like a bull. Increased sexy drive, aggression and that DGAF attitude we all crave. It will normalise after that however your cannonball delts and monster traps should cancel out any bad feels.

Check out Ham on Rye. Maybe not the most TRP however it's hilarious and gritty.

Women is one of my favourite books. My PE teacher gave me it to read when I was 14 years old. I read it in a day. He would probably be sacked nowadays for giving a kid a book like that. Thinking about it now, the guy was a red pill that sprouted arms and legs

'For men it's different. If you're lazy, society looks down on you. To get somewhere, you have to work. Men have to work for EVERYTHING or they get nothing.' And rightfully so. Tree's don't get stronger when it's sunny and calm. They get stronger when the wind is howling and the rain is heavy.

Agreed. Seems that 'go lift' seems to be the mantra in here as it's the EASIEST part of the red pill to swallow/write about. In saying that, my gym is full of musclebound buffoons who look like they would fall into a barrel of tits and come out sucking their thumbs.

Exactly. I can't believe Katie Hopkins is being touted as some RP overlord

As a fellow Scotsman(Glaswegian) , I agree with this. You can strike up a conversation with anyone in Glasgow and they will more than happily have a 'blether'

Women by Charles Bukowski should be on the book list.

The guy reached the peak of 3 WILDLY COMPETITIVE professions yet he still has naysayers on his back, claiming he's a dumbass. Arnie is a red pill that sprouted limbs.

People seem to forget that Britney had her 2 children taken from her care. That's true shame.

You get out of twitter what you put in. You want to promote? You can promote. You want to share links? You can share links You want to pull chicks? you can pull chicks. You want to sit on it while seething at other folk? Well I guess you get the picture. And this whole concept of 'lifting' being the missing link in obtaining hot poon. It's seriously deluded. If anything, it will have you straight onto some social media platform, posting photos of your macros, gains ad infinitum.

Sorry but I disagree You can pick up lentils, cheap cuts of meat, eggs, frozen veg, sauerkraut, canned fish and rice(just off the top of my head) for pennies if you know where to look. Problem with these foodstuffs is that you have to go through the extremely laborious process of cooking from scratch if you want to reap the benefits. Many fatties can't be bothered with this, preferring to just throw something in the oven or go to a fast food vendor/joint. I was unemployed for 2 years and got jac…

"Obesity is linked to people with lower incomes." Oh dearie me! It's nothing to do with low income. It's all to do with lack of physical exercise, non existent levels of self discipline and having a diet based around calorie dense, nutrient free food all washed down with sugar laden drinks.

I agree. Some guy goes to the boxing with a few mates and all of a sudden, it's like a scene from Ocean's 11. Someone needs to get out a bit more

My PE teacher gave me this when I was 14 years old. It blew my mind. He was definitely a proto redpiller!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
