Bumble is good I heard for both dating and finding friendships, I've heard a lot of people who are asexual or on the ace spectrum use it for both and usually keep their bio up to date with what they're searching for. Whether it's online dating or in person, I think it's good practice to be upfront with your potential partner/partners and see where things go from there.
