Yes yes yes. There's absolutely no value on begging and asking for explanation. I did this a couple of years ago, even though it hurt because I was very much in love. Shortly later I found out the reason why she was so distant, that she was seeing someone else, so yeah I did the right thing.

This sounds really interesting and just the thing I need, where can I get this?

Until recently I had very very rarely approached women because of that same thing. I recognized in myself that someone I see for a second or third time is easier for me to approach, so I do that. I decided that I would approach a girl in my gym, even though I thought she was way out of what I deemed I deserved. This is my process: Decide next time you see her you will go talk to her, no matter what. Make a commitment to do it. When you do see her again, just say "fuck it" and do it. You're going…

I did this literally 1.5 months ago, after planning to do it and shying out a couple of times. I think it's really important what you said about her being there to take care of her workout, but not being ultra focused on it, since she's looking at her phone in between sets, and seems to be following you and making you talk to her. It doesn't really matter if she has headphones on, I think it's actually better. Music at the gym usually sucks. Just try this, there's nothing to lose. At the first m…

Write it down, just for yourself, in the most detailed manner you can. This will be as if you are telling someone, and it will take a lift of your brain. Make it structured, so you have something like: What you did wrong and why it was wrong What you should have done instead What you learned from the experience Some lessons one has to go through an experience to learn. The rumination is terrible but it must be there for a reason. I think once you write it down it'll help to downsize it.

I used to be possessed by an ideology too, and I think it's common in the teenage years. I don't think your friend truly understands what she means when she says that, she just says it to feel part of a group and to feel empowered (ugh I hate that word). It's almost certain that she is not really in touch with what the ideology she supports can affect. Having that said, what worked for me to get over my ideology is getting to know better human psychology and the consequences of the ideology. Doc…

Shady past, yes. Done some questionable and inmoral stuff, also yes. Personally I don't think it warrants the statement of wishing her to have never been born, it goes way too far. If that would suddenly magically apply to everyone similar in the entire world, perhaps half of the world would disappear, including some friends and family. Yes Cardi is not quite a role model, but she is just something that our society produced, and had the tenacity and intelligence to do something very impressive w…
