It’s equality of outcome doctrine. We already tried that in the 20th century & it ended with us stacking up the bodies. Anybody who advocates for it clearly doesn’t know their history, or is a total POS who should be held in the same regard as Nazis.

Men do all the hard/dirty/labour-intensive/outdoor infrastructure/construction/utilities/maintenance & other such jobs that keep society functioning, almost exclusively. Not to mention inventions/war & enforcing women’s (& everybody else’s) rights. Literally nobody can genuinely/honestly say ‘they don’t need no man,’ unless they’re totally oblivious/ignorant, or brainwashed/ideologically possessed.

Be careful of common law marriage/civil partnership, if/as applicable where you live. Marriage isn’t necessarily a prerequisite to having your shit fucked up. Also, happy cake day 🍰

Child abuse. Blatant child abuse. How many other mothers (single, or otherwise) behave/treat their (male) children that way? The effects of this (together with everything else) are going to be catastrophic.

I have. And when I pointed out how reprehensible & disgusting that statement is, her response was: ‘You’re lucky we’re not out for revenge.’ I’m assuming/inferring she was alluding to physical violence (lol), since demanding men pay for dates (or whatever it may be) would also fall under that category but that’s when I just laughed & walked away. So, I can’t be sure.

Because everywhere else in the entire world is the same? Even is we assume that all the heavy lifting/physically demanding tasks are done by machines (& that everywhere else in the world operates the same way); simply using/being in the same vicinity as these machines can be dangerous. Machines also fail & you’re still working outside in any/all weather conditions, regardless. Waste/recycling facilities are literally filled with dangerous equipment & machinery. There’s also dangers associated wi…

How is it even remotely an equal pay issue when they are two totally distinct & separate vocations? Also, in what universe does it have anything to do with gender at all? It’s quite some impressive mental gymnastics to claim that sanitation workers get paid more/cleaners get paid less because of gender. Especially, when the reason for sanitation workers being almost exclusively men is because almost all women are not willing to do it.

It’s basically a full day of heavy lifting & working with heavy machinery (trucks, compactors). Not to mention that you’re literally dealing with truckloads of waste, which carries its own risks. Then you have the processing facilities & landfill sites which are also dangerous places. Gee, I wonder why a vanishingly small number of women are prepared to do it?

There is no such thing as ‘reverse discrimination.’ It’s just discrimination. Much like there is no such thing as ‘reverse racism.’ It’s just racism.

I don’t really care how safe they ‘feel,’ based on some arbitrary bs/feminist dogma/biased/corrupt feminist ‘research’/‘studies’ and/or prejudice/just plain straight up hatred towards men. Also, you don’t have the right to ‘feel safe,’ whatever that means... Neither does anybody else. The world (even within civilised society) is not a safe place. Neither the world, nor anybody in it (except maybe yourself) owes you safety. All manner of accidents, tragedies, or unfortunate coincidences could lea…

I’m guessing this person characterises the entirety of human history as men taking the upper hand and oppressing women (which is not only axiomatically false but also an utterly reprehensible thing to lay at the feet of today’s men & boys) & therefore the answer is simply ‘misogyny,’ or ‘men bad’.

A factor in the phenomenon of ‘medical models being designed around male bodies’ is also that it was/is seen as okay for the disposable men to be used as guinea pigs.

If the mere presence of men whilst going about your daily business makes you feel so ‘uncomfortable’ & ‘creeped out;’ just stay the fuck at home & stfu, or go build yourself a mud hut somewhere & live off-grid. Then you’ll probably never see another man for the rest of your life; everyone’s a winner.

I’m not sure that encouraging the kind of narcissistic, entitled women who believe that all men are r*pists & just generally awful people out to cause harm at any & every opportunity to arm themselves is necessarily a good idea. Especially, given the track record of women being shielded from basically any kind of (significant) consequence or accountability when they physically attack or even kill men.

If not revenge against a specific individual, then revenge against men as a whole for ‘all the years/history of oppression.’

If anything, the opposite is true. Have you seen any of those videos where guys go around interviewing women? They often exchange ratings (out of 10) & women being rated anything less than 10 is usually met with verbal (or even physical) attacks. And it’s usually the same women that gave the guy a 1 or 2 after attempting to ruthlessly insult & humiliate him. Funnily enough; when someone is used to having their ego inflated & not accustomed to rejection, they tend not to take it very well. Let’s …

‘It’d be wise to never fuck with us.’ That’s cringy as fuck. Do they really think that assaulting grown-ass men that are unwilling/unable to defend themselves (& aware of the consequences they would face for doing so) makes them badasses? Have a fucking word with yourselves.

Not insecure at all & that’s also a pretty shitty thing to say. There are many (valid) reasons why a man would not want to get involved with a woman with a high body count.

Why does everybody try to state categorically that ‘everyone is initially female,’ instead of ‘gender is not ‘assigned’ at the point of conception’/‘some foetal development occurs before gender manifests.’ I’m not a biology expert but, to me, it just sounds like a statement rooted in female supremacy, or an attempt to weaponise the human gestation period, more than anything else.

Imagine being so entitled & privileged that you believe you have a right to feel safe (whatever that means) & demand that the entirety of the rest of the world rearrange itself to make that happen. Jeez. Legislation based on (women’s) feelings is a crap-chute straight to hell.

Basically every facet of modern society contributes to men having a lower life expectancy: more is spent on women’s (physical & mental) healthcare than men’s, all of the dangerous jobs are done almost exclusively by men, men are more likely to commit suicide, men are more likely to be homeless, men are more likely to be the victims of violent crime, men can’t retire as early as women (assuming they can retire at all), men are expected to sacrifice themselves for women/children (even if they don’…

There is currently no job women aren’t allowed to do (& now there are minimum quotas for women in many positions, or at least desirable ones). So, where are they all? They choose not to do all those kind of jobs because they’re dangerous/dirty/unpleasant/physically demanding/have poor working conditions, etc. & they have that luxury of choice because of men.

Collecting the trash is just the tip of that particular iceberg. All of the hard/physical/dangerous/unpleasant jobs (that are necessary to keep infrastructure & society in general functioning) are done almost exclusively by men. Taking reproduction out of the equation: would men survive without women? Almost definitely yes. Would women survive without men? Almost definitely not.

GorillaRadio12’s response has nothing to do with whether or not men or women are more often/more likely to be physically abusive. The only real/logical implication of that statement is that, generally speaking, women come off worse when it comes to physical confrontation with men, which is true, whether they instigate the physical aspect of it or not. I’d imagine most cases of male hospitalisation are the result of them being unable or unwilling/afraid to defend themselves.

To be fair, they’re different questions. One begins with ‘what to do…’ & the other asks ‘what does it mean…’ Although, I’d imagine the response you would get from asking Google what to do if your husband yells at you would probably be to call the police. Or, just literally fucking murder him, since the chances of you actually being held accountable for/suffering the consequences of your actions are practically zero.

Men are statistically (far) more likely (than women) to be the the victims of violent crime.

If that’s the case: 1) That’s fucking disgusting. 2) They need to rename it, since a bathroom for ‘all genders’ would mean that ’all genders’ can use it. Not every gender except (cis) men.

My point is mainly that a is the only one that (at least) implies actual, legal employment. Beyond the context of legal employment, the physical definition is pretty much all that’s left. Mental work is also mentioned, which is more to do with the realm of intellectual property & the sciences & what not. Or should we all be getting paid for our brains involuntarily processing the information it receives from our senses, as well whenever we physically move our bodies (or even just for carrying ou…

I don’t really mess around with dating apps anymore but it’s nice to have in the back pocket. What would be really fun is if you ask a women how much she weighs in response to being asked your height (& after she’s finished hurling insults/accusations & attacking your character, etc.); she’ll probably throw in something like: ‘that’s not fair/that’s not the same/that’s different.’ Then you can respond with: ‘yes, you are absolutely right. The difference being that people actually have the abilit…

Hey guys, how you doin’ Just taking a second to point out that the egregious bullshittery & sheer hypocrisy of this in the face of the ‘body positivity’ movement is nothing short of miraculous. Women will openly berate & humiliate men for being ‘(too) short’ but merely asking a woman how much she weighs is liable to get you hung, drawn & quartered. And, of course, height is usually just one of the requirements.

/r/MensRights17/08/22 10:51 AM

Yup. I’d imagine there are multiple reasons that men are more likely to drive but one (probably quite significant) reason is that men are (far) more likely to actually be somewhat interested in cars & driving (beyond personal conveyance/convenience)/are more likely to be car ‘enthusiasts.’ Men are also more likely to drive professionally: be that as racing drivers, taxi drivers, truckers, etc. Driving is a privilege, not a right & (for me,) it’s straight wild that there are people out there on t…

Childcare isn’t scalable. For example: If you wanted to open up a daycare facility, how do you maximise the money it makes? You get more clients/more parents to bring their kids to your facility. Sounds easy enough (if your pricing is reasonable) but (obviously) there are rules & regulations surrounding these things (‘quality control,’ if you like). So, more children = more space/resources are required + more staff/wages that need to be paid.

Men don’t have equal rights in court(s), education, or healthcare… Or reproduction. Men have no reproductive rights AT ALL. Men have reproductive responsibilities (the lion’s share, to say the least) but literally only women have reproductive rights (this is somewhat covered under the umbrella of ‘court(s)’ but I wanted to be specific/clear about that).
