The women are property that are being taken out to die in the dessert by Charlize Theron. The fact that the men do not want to hurt the women makes it easier for Theron to do badass things. The men have one arm tied behind their back. The old women use their one attractive lady to lure men to death. The action is not great because the men do have one arm behind their back and ladies do a lot of the "cool things." I was not impressed with many of the stunts. A few car crashes were good.

HORMONES. Its all about hormones for beginners. Its like puberty. A male will put on muscle during puberty and a woman will gain fat eating the exact same diet. If you are fat your body is producing a lot of estrogen and you probably have low testosterone. This will fight any chance at gains. You should lose weight through heavy caloric deficit and light weight training not starting strength or cardio. Eat fat and sleep alot to maximize testosterone.
