Essentially, you have to be interested and engaged in what the other person is saying. Take pieces of what they say, use them to move the conversation along and get to know them better. 2	Women of Seddit, why do you value confidence so highly in guys? It's confidence vs. arrogance. I agree with the other commenter, the first scenario is someone who's confident, the second is someone who's overcompensating.
