2	ADHD rates up. You people don't get it - ADHD = MONEY!!!!! "Special Needs" gets lots of money for schools. It doesn't matter what exactly the special-need is, only that it is one. There are children with actual ADHD, but the general symptoms can be as simple as daydreaming, or "easily distracted". I think when I was in school this could account for about 2/3rds of my 5th grade class. It's a scam. Rates aren't up, taxes are.	/r/MensRights	14/11/10 12:04 PM
