First thing: I don't Support this view, but from what i know it isn't exactly that easy. AFAIK the Problem is that the girls he asked were working for him, so the general view is if they said no he might have fired them, he was in the Position of power, so it wasn't "real" consent because it wasn't a completly free choice, it was watch him jerk off or get fired.
