0	Tandem mingling ("unicorn pickup") I think that was a reply, so when I copy pasted it didn't get included and I forgot it because I, as stated, believe her actions are jealius in nature, I even used the term 'oozing', but I dont want to focus on fear-based actions because they are unreal and unhealthy and signs of eeakness in her character. 2	What are the things your captain does to make you feel protected/safe? To first question (what is validating?), it's like as said, listening and accepting as there's no wrong answer- not judging.
