| 2 | Tall/skinny guys here who were already good with girls, how much did working out help you?I’m 6’4, Eat at least 1g protein (preferably lean, like chicken and fish) per pound of your body weight throughout the day. Protein shakes can help if you cant have 3 big meals, especially after a workout. Lift 4 sets of 8-10 (heavy enough where your muscles almost die at 9) and you should be good, it helps a lot with girls.
