Construction sites are largely dominated by male construction workers, which results in male-oriented building that are used primarily by men and biased to women. It is a gender issue. All future constructions need to implement at least 50% of female construction workers to get a construction permit to ensure gender equality. At the same time, it creates more job opportunities for women and lessens the gender wage gap. If I'm a minister I'll troll them hard as hell.

Anyone knows what to do to avoid situations like these? I'm thinking the best thing to do is to just avoid any confrontation and just walk away from using the bathroom, but being my ill tempered self I might not just walk away. I'm thinking in the future if such events happened, either start recording everything on my phone for evidence, or start calling the authorities, making an official documented report and having the authorities involved right on the spot.

I really appreciate how our mods run this sub. Doctor here. It's important to still keep having an active lifestyle so remain employed is definitely encouraged! It's good for your health!
