The inherent problem with minority advocacy groups is that, if they do their job well, at a certain point they will no longer be needed. As a result, after true equality issues have been addressed, these groups find themselves in the position of having to either turn molehills into mountains or outright fabricate inequality issues as a justification for their own continued existence.
