In this case the mom could be responsible and the dad a deadbeat, who cares? This isn't sexist or needing a "rebuttal" just because someone on facebook thinks it's clever.

Want to find out why these politicians are spouting a feminist agenda? Follow the god damn money. Those are totally different concepts.
