Most women take for granted how easy it is for them to please a man. Its biological. Just pop one boob out of your oversized pajama t-shirt and jerk him off. Easy. Most of it comes down to compatible interests. Men are required to perform. They aren't lust objects in and of themselves. As much as you whine about it, it's not going to change.

Jack Quaid is average looking? Are you out of your mind? The guy is bonafide cute asf. Tall, great hair, great smile, good face. He's not Orlando Bloom, but he's MUCH better looking than your average dude - and I highly doubt he has any trouble with women. Your average guy is closer to Adam Sandler or Simon Pegg.

Just say you're looking for someone to "help with the bills"; "pay for my surgeries", etc.

Being ugly and fit is better than ugly and out of shape. You don't even need a 6 pack or any of that dumb shit. You just need to look like you've played a sport once in your life.

Getting a roided-up beefcake body is unattractive, but adding some muscle tone will help a ton. Musculature is highly correlated to masculinity. I dont understand these recent trend of people saying going to the gym won't help. Adding some muscle will help you fill out your clothing better, make your shoulders wider, fix your posture, etc.

It's true 99.99% of the time.

Men here don't care about being single; they care about not being able to attract women. Being able to "casually date" as you put it is what many men wish they could do.

People who view relationships as transactional are whacked. Honestly, the ability to reproduce is available to anybody, but Im starting to think relationships work only for a select few. Most people aren't relationship material.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/25 06:02 PM

The bar is not in hell for men. It's just gaslighting you into thinking the reason she didn't choose you was because you weren't good enough. Its not fair to burden yourself with that. Your average woman has a 2% swipe right on OLD. You're telling me 98% of men are sub-human?

Just dont date party girls. Also, if she's gonna cheat, she's gonna cheat. You "stopping" her from showing the top third of her boobs at the club isn't gonna keep her faithful. I dont think its misogynist as much as it is silly/insecure, and a total waste of effort.

Donald Trump is a conman and I feel sorry for anyone that believes his grift. Its an absolute disgrace to the office that he was elected - twice... That being said, the left doesn't really have a mold for young white men to live up to. It's been identity politics and demonization for almost a decade now. Despite it being an absurd alternative, Trump and his circus provides relief from that.

It matters, but it's not a HUGE advantage. Most women don't really care that much unless you're like 5'4. I know two guys who are 5'7 who have no issues with women at all.

You are being poisoned by social media. Most women aren't bringing a ruler with them to get your length and girth measurements. That is some Grindr shit.

5/10 is average. A legit "troll" would be like sub 3/10. 5/10 is like Seth Meyers, Al Pacino, Lionel Messi 6/10 is like Jim from office, Jason Segel (what women think is "avg", i.e.; bare minimum)

Thin, attractive, cultured. That's not necessarily what I value per se, but it's clear to see what men with options choose: Biggest factor is weight, then face, then agreeability/sociability. "Achievements" are secondary. Men will wife up a woman making minimum wage if she's pretty enough.

Median would be better, because particularly with men, the matches skew towards the top. The average might be 1 to 2 per week, depending on location, but I dont think the median is that high. "Average" on a dating app for a guy is 6ft, average build, average face, and good photos. Meanwhile, that guy is top 30% IRL. If youre bonafide average (skinny fat, balding, 5'9"), you're practically invisible on the apps.

Breakup, maybe. However, marriage is a commitment.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/25 09:28 PM

It's easier to differentiate yourself from the crowd in your 30s. It's the decade where you start to see the effects of your habits/lifestyle, and where most people start to settle into their careers. I don't think mild aging affects a man's attractiveness the way it diminishes a woman's. Masculinity is not intertwined with youth the way femininity is. Without making this an essay, it's the decade where men can more easily differentiate themselves from the pack. 20-40 year age gaps are absurd an…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/24 02:55 PM

This is completely disregarding most of the world. Men who say this are referring to attractive white women in first world countries. You know, the kinds of women who get to practice art while their finance husbands bring home the paycheck. Its a cherry-picked, unnuanced point of view that is contrary to how 99% of women on planet Earth experience life.

It's a roladex of tits for hot guys. That's all OLD is and will ever be. Men have no problem using and being used for sex, and there is no downside for a guy with high sex appeal to build a harem of all different flavors of women. This has been happening for thousands of years already; OLD just makes it easier.

Show me an average looking 35 yr old guy with a receding hairline do well with these seduction 'secrets'. I can't take seriously a guy who has tailored his entire visual aesthetic to resemble the male love interest in an erotica novel. Of course he's going to do well. He could have the social IQ of a chihuahua and get laid. I feel like these guys are essentially playing with their food before they eat it. The meal is already theirs.
/r/seduction21/11/24 02:35 PM

There is strong correlation between low-IQ, poor critical thinking skills, superstition, and voting for Trump. The guy said on national television in front of 50 million people that Haitian immigrants were eating people's pets. It seems he is immune to making a fool of himself, because his constituency is virtually braindead.

I'm picturing an already attractive guy taking off his tie and undoing his collar button to show off a bit of his neck. I don't see how that is cringe at all. You're out of your mind. Besides, my point was that men generally don't have an easy way to become sexier - especially on a shallow, visual level as OP is asking. It's not the same as the 5'3 160lb girl wearing a low cut top and eye shadow to work that day.

If you're already hot as a guy, rolling up your sleeves to show off your forearms, taking off your suit jacket, etc. Maybe you unbutton your top button to reveal a tattoo near your collarbones, etc. If you're not hot, then nothing. Literally nothing. Even a below-average looking woman can become provocative by unfastening a blouse button. I can't say men have the same effect on women.

The percentage brackets feel a bit arbitrary, but I do agree there is a big range of average to above average where your agency with women feels the same. The "vague" zone where women are indifferent towards you. You can certainly get into relationships, but it feels like you gotta take what's given to you rather than choose. The top guys have women acting way out of line, practically begging to be "chosen" by them. If you're in this bracket, you can literally just live your life on autopilot an…

Women are more likely to contract STDs from males than to transmit them. Its a biology thing. Women are not having casual sex more than men, but I will concede that the ones who DO participate in it definitely punch above their weight. They also vet more. That's just the way it is.

Nobody gives a fuck about virginity unless they're creeps. I cannot imagine any reasonably-minded woman thinking less of a guy because he's a virgin. Honestly, the last time I heard the word virgin used disparagingly, I was in 8th grade.

These things aren't relevant to what men desire. Insecurity might play a small part, especially for #3. If anything, I think as a woman becomes more educated and ambitious, she is less likely to settle for someone who doesn't share these traits. Notice how I left out intelligence, because I don't think education and intelligence are necessarily intertwined. Higher education might require a baseline level of intelligence, sure, but I think it is more strongly correlated to work ethic and ambition…

The only time you'd have to chase is if she isn't into you. Naturally, this is going to be unpleasant for her. It's not because you chased that she didn't like you; it's because she didn't like you to begin with.

How many people can actually achieve this? IMO, you either "have it" or you don't. Honestly, trying to be liked by everyone is an exhausting and extremely self-compromising goal. You're better off learning how to be comfortable and confident in your own skin. There is nothing wrong with being introverted or reserved. How many people do you meet in a day that actually stimulate you? Unless you have an innate talent of being able to relate to most people, and get genuine enjoyment out of doing so,…

If you mean being able to sit back and let women come to you, guide the interactions, etc. - No. You can see a switch in how women behave around someone they're attracted to, it's as if no one else in the room/group exists. You're not going to get that stage if you're not very good looking - at least initially. That being said, I've seen plenty of guys who were average looking (true average looking; not your obese redditor average, lol) have women falling for them because of how charismatic/funn…

I would avoid models at all costs. That whole environment seems to be toxic as fuck. Also, they're models. They are more likely to fuck other models than the photographer - unless he's model-tier himself, lol.

Sure, but the fact that this guy usually gets 'little traction' on dating apps is a pretty strong context clue. Also the fact that she ignored his first message and seems eager to skip conversation and go right into the meet.

There's so many people coping and/or gaslighting by saying looks don't matter. They're the most important thing by far. Granted, I do think men have it easier in this regard (although that is starting to vanish as women become more independent, conservatism waning, etc.). There is a reason attractive people of either sex tend to have attractive partners.
/r/seduction30/05/24 08:24 PM

I don't know if it's 'Confidence Attracts Women' as much as it is, 'Lacking Confidence Turns Women Off'. Confidence is only one aspect of someone's personality. You can be confident, yet boring as fuck and that isn't going to work out much better. That being said, confidence will enable you to do things less bold people will try, and cause your interactions to have less snags - and that certainly will boost your attractiveness.

I don't see this as a trend. It's not a meme that's going to age out in a few years. This is the steady march towards a vapid, shallow culture enabled by the luxuries of modern life and accelerated by social media. There aren't any cultural values keeping us grounded, or any existential threats to focus our attention on. The Cold War is long over; radical Islam is waning. The most recent disruption in people's lives was COVID, and if anything, that forced more people into the cybersphere, making…

How are you getting these dates if the women aren't attracted to you? It doesn't make sense to me. Are you part of some cruel game show or something? A hot girl agreed to go on a date with you, then proceeded to tell you she wasn't interested, and then showed you pictures of guys she wanted to fuck? Is this some cuck fantasy?
