This only applies to Limit Holdem. No limit and pot limit variations are infinitely more complex than chess, which is a game of complete information. Computers consistently can beat grand masters at chess but can't beat the best NL hold'em players. Artificial intelligence is actually using NL holdem as a tool for development of machine learning. It's more difficult because of the risk taking based on incomplete information aspect.

If I recall correctly they actually found the opposite of what you are saying. I'm going to double check later, but I believe that the correlation went in reverse, i.e. bad parents would name their kids super black names more often and them being bad parents gave their kids less opportunities in life, not the fact that their names sounded black. When good parent named kids with black names they still did fine in life, they were just more likely to give normal names because they're not dumb.

This is exactly what my father (born 1950) told me when I was dating a girl who wasn't the prettiest of the girls I had previously brought home. She was still attractive don't get me wrong. that's tricky. I prefer a combination of being a net tax contributor, plus some kind of exam you have to pass to vote. Topics should include civics, math (compound interest function a must), logic, reading comprehension. if it's based on the amount you pay, the rich would have a disproportionate influence, even though they'd vote to lower their own taxes, they'd still end up paying more and having more influence. I know they already have a disproportionate influence as of now anyway lol.
