This is awesome. It actually works better standing outside the library because seem like lots of girls will walk out of the library after studying but they're just kinda relaxed and not in a hurry so easy to talk to and approach. Also students are usually young and cute lol.

I think the best approach is to go to another college campus to practice your approach skills. If you go to USC go to UCLA. Find a community college nearby. Its way easier to approach women if you know when you fuck up its very unlikely you will see them again. Cold approach ten girls a day and get in the habit of talking with random girls and getting their numbers. Then you won't care about this one girl who happened to start talking with you first which will make it very easy for you number close her (and not care either way).

Come visit Asia instead of being a creepy old guy you'll just be the nice foreigner who helps university girls practice English.
