Third OYS post Last week was overall a decent week. Family seems to have quickly settled into the roles with me as captain and wife as co-pilot. She even referred to me as "the king" to our daughter yesterday. Can't put enough value into just making a damn decision on things, and good things will follow. From chosing what I want for dinner or what to do on the weekend, TRP has helped me realize that my wife just wants me to lead and make a choice. She may give input and I can chose to accept it …

OWS Week 2 Week was alright overall, not poor, not great. I finished The Rational Male which left me, at times, feeling like going Rambo or that I had missed out on being armed with this info in the dating market. FAMILY: married 9yrs, two kids 4yrs and 2yrs, wife 4mo pregnant with #3 STATS: 35yrs old, 6'3, 200lbs LIFTS…

My experience with bulking: did SS while consuming 5000 calories/day, including a gallon of milk a day. Went from 165lbs to 205lbs in a month. Eating that much felt like a second workout but was worth it for the gains. Sure I added some fat, but now I’m down to 200lbs, have abs, and can still lift as much

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
