Whatever you decide to do, you need to lawyer up asap and cover yourself, if he is in fact a gaslighting psychopath (and i suspect he is), the damage he may be willing to inflict to soothe his ego and justify his actions could be monstrous. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best. Keep yours cards to your chest. I wish you luck, and I'm very sorry for your situation. X

Movies have perpetuated the stereotype that no matter what we women do, its someone else's fault or their mess to clean up. Women going on benders, lashing out, hurting loved ones- the movies always see their friends and love interest band together to help the girl out of love and she sees the wrongdoing of her ways, and after a quick "sorry", everything is bliss. Fuck this stereotype and women who embody it as reason to act like shit.

What he wants and what he is doing are different. Dont make excuses for shitty behaviour. We women have gentle and forgiving souls, however sometimes that is our downfall. Set up your support networks and get ready to go, he sounds like a bad egg.

This is abusive and manipulate behaviour. You deserve better. You deserve respect, to feel loved, and not be "punished" for what he sees as flaws. A healthy parnter will talk with you lovingly. He treats you like a dog that peed on the carpet. Leave.

Go out of your way to put yourself in hard situations and work for the outcome you desire. As it isn't work or something you feel you need to do, it is something you've chosen to try to tackle, you're more aware of the cause behind why you're wanting to work hard and get through something. You'll build resilience and see how capable you are. Practice mindfulness, gratitude and self love (not just bubble baths and tasty treats, work on acknowledging when you have a negative/glass half empty thoug…

Thank you, this really does help and it makes me feel better. I'm trying to take all the burden from him that I can, without him feeling that I'm bothering him or even mothering him and taking his independence away. I appreciate your advice greatly x

Female opinion- hair needs a tidy up, close cut the baby hair on the side and learn how to style the front especially. Neat and tidy. If you want to keep the beard, make sure it doesn't look like it's there from laziness. Become comfortable with long sleeve shirts, especially rolled up as they're a soft spot for women, make you look more muscular and have an air of class/intelligence about them. Small thoughts like a nice watch or good belts are always well noticed and will make you look more pu…

You're close to the mark, however what I look for sexually I don't consider hard to come by. I do believe that would be part of the relationship I'm after, moreover I'm more interested in a complete person embodying good qualities rather than someone I allow into my bedroom to satisfy my needs at this point. I can't say I'm entirely sure of what I want and what fits the bill at this point, since I would be hesitant to knock back potential opportunities, which most likely contributes to my confus…

Thank you, I'll definitely look into increasing my social capitol and reaching out to interact more often with people of high value. I appreciate the advice.

19%, which is well below the average woman. I used to model before I decided I didn't like it, so I'm not worried the issue is that I'm unattractive.

It's not the career for me, being short-lived (early retirement age), not tonnes of financial security and I found it didn't mentally stimulate me enough. Glad I tried it, but my passions lie far elsewhere.

I'm 6"1 (which works against and for me, in separate scenarios) with a BFP of 19% which is lower than most women. I'm quite thin and actively working on toning. Good facial symmetry, I modelled for almost 2 years before deciding it wasn't a career I cared for.

Physical form, your body language speaks for itself. Good posture, chin up, don't fidget, and it will create an air of confidence you'll soon adopt to your personality.
