MGTOW, for me at least, is about not seeking female validation and in turn, validating yourself. It's about not valueing yourself by any female's standard, but by YOUR OWN standard. No, it's not easy. People will shame you and try to bring you back to seeking female validation. But fuck them. They don't give a shit about you. Why should you do what they want? Go your own way.
