5	The younger generation is waking up. I could understand if this was a lecture specifically aimed at girls and there was little on the actual engineering, and they were just trying to interest more girls (although they need to start younger than high school). However you can't just prohibit the guys from the meeting, not without some equivalent aimed at them (although even then it's not quite right).
