Honestly random stuff, like food, wine, guitar playing, clothes etc. Any convo can be flirty, it's mostly about tone, intonation, innuendoes, body language.

Could be anything really, hard to tell. Maybe he was tired of waiting, maybe he found someone else. Next time you can be more active, flirt harder, ask for a date yourself, don't wait for weeks, do it right away. You can catch feelings right then and there on a date. Treat it as an exploration, not a confirmation.

I had one that went basically the same way. She looked hot, but had aboslutely nothing to say, no hobbies, boring job, no passions, no fun stories, nothing at all. You guys out here seducing everybody, I didn't even want to hold her hand, it was that bad. Like her head was so empty that it killed any attraction in me.

I just try to be nice. No flirting though, so they won't get any ideas, I don't look them in the eyes as long as I would, don't stand too close, less physical contact. Other than that, pretty much the same.

Agreed. Verbal consent is great, but what is sexier, a guy who doesn't know if the girl wants to be kissed, and asks, or a guy who just knows like he just read her mind (body language actually).

And words often aren't supposed to be taken seriously, and often mean the opposite. All those "oooh, stop it", and "no way we're having sex tonight", "don't you dare kiss my neck", teasing and stuff, aren't supposed to be taken seriously. Actions speak louder than words in that instance.

Well it can be tiring compared to OLD, it takes more time, and is less effective in my personal experience. Not everything is about confidence.

I guess for someone really attractive, they don't have to make an actual effort, and it still works. But that won't work for everybody.

Well, it's just convenient, setting up multiple dates while sitting on a couch. All the other stuff stays the same, you still need seduction and self improvement, still need courage and game.

Damn it, what is it that they do different? There must be something. My dad was kind of like that himself, but he died too early for me to get any knowledge about all of that.

Woah, if I ever get to rule the world, I'm doing that asap. That and getting rid of mosquitoes.

Software engineering. Wouldn't do anything else, but sitting behind a computer all day every day is not for everybody.

I started at 25, it's as good time as any. Besides, I may get shit for saying this here, but your career is more important. They get kids and family, but I earn 5 time as much as them combined, and I have no kids to spend money on, no debts and a good sum invested for later. Granted, my partners aren't going to be as young and pretty, but that's not that big of a downside. So no, I don't regret being boring, I had other priorities.

Really, focus on self improvement. Gym is great, read some surface level knowledge in many areas, learn psychology, cold reading, watch stand ups, develop your clothing style, etc. Get good photos in apps, I mean either get a photographer, or learn how to take photos properly yourself. Learn how to be more social and how to aproach people, how to lead the conversation, how to tell engaging stories. Oh, and stop giving a shit about the outcome, just focus on having a good time. That's all I've go…

Kinda. It's like a drug, and not a good kind of drug.

Wasn't it actually "I want to have fuck with you"? I see nobody got the reference anyway.

There are plenty of fish in the sea, don't worry about it!

Can you elaborate on cold reading there? I imagine that was important, yet you didn't tell much.

I felt that. I couldn't do it, I was really sick for some time, then I recovered but still didn't jack off. And then I kept going to the gym. It gave me the boost of confidence and energy I never felt before. And I know it's not placebo because I realized it much later after the fact.

Well as long as you don't start off with it, or end on it, it's fine.

First off, just be available. Hang out with him, go to parties, etc. You can initiate by doing some light flirting, but not too much, you don't wanna come off as desperate. Mirror his energy, if he's showing signs, show them back. Just keep doing that and it will eventually happen. Oh, and take good care of yourself, look the best you can.

Like what's the worst that could happen? Nothing. Nothing happening is the worst that could happen. Do it!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
