Royal Mail in the U.K. has to change their name to Royal Post due to activism in the U.K., because term mail is similar to “male” and deemed sexistUokhun is satire. | /r/MensRights | 02/11/18 12:09 PM
Divorcing parents who poison children against their former partner could lose custody 'The demonising of a parent, usually by the one with whom the child lives, has long been recognised as damaging'Should have happened a long time ago. I'll never know why people have kids and then become like this towards the other parent | /r/MensRights | 02/11/18 11:55 AM
His name was Brian Banks.I think this is an issue with the legal system rather than women standing up against false accusations. | /r/MensRights | 23/09/18 01:39 PM
His name was Brian Banks.I think the issue here is that it's hard to disprove or prove who is the liar. It's hard to stand up and do something about a tragedy when it's not clear who is the victim. For those women who have been proved to be liars, believe me we do stand up against them, we do shun them socially and we do make it verbally clear it is not accepted. As you know, it's hard to get the courts to punish women who lie about assault because not only are they accusing innocent men but they are undermining true vi… | /r/MensRights | 23/09/18 01:21 PM
His name was Brian Banks.I get your point and I think that where a female accuser has proved to have lied about sexual assault she should be punished and I do believe many a woman would agree with this. However, I also believe that there needs to be more support for "innocent until proven guilty" and I've seen many a life ruined where unfortunately, it isn't clear who has lied and cases dropped through lack of evidence. Too many men who have not been found guilty have still been tarred with having an accusation thrust u… | /r/MensRights | 23/09/18 11:32 AM

Girls, 13, lied about park sex attack, say Greater Manchester policeI grew up in the area this happened. The young girls took a picture of the fellow in question and his face did the rounds on social media, people were out for blood before knowing the facts. They got restorative justice orders. This man was at the brink of having his life ruined and all they got was RJO's. Some community service would have been better | /r/MensRights | 06/04/16 12:12 AM
Scottish Labour Party manifesto for women: "We will guarantee a paid job for every 18-24 year old woman out of work for more than a year." (Manifesto launched April 22, 2015)But this is going to be cleaning toilets in a train station or a job at poundland, not gainful employment or the means to get qualifications whilst working to better themselves. | /r/MensRights | 02/05/15 11:07 PM
Domestic Violence by a Woman: Although the majority of reported cases of domestic violence and sexual assault are committed by men, it is not exclusive. This story is not only sad, but it is a case of extreme domestic violence committed by a woman.I'm not going to read it, but I've been fighting a long fight for DV charities to recognise male victims. When you hear "no plans at the present are being made to extend to male victims" constantly, you lose hope. | /r/MensRights | 18/01/15 05:58 PM
Why men should complain to the BBC about Domestic Violence documentaryThis pisses me off so much. Through work I occassionally work with DV victims of whom 100% of victims I worked with were male. As my contact with victims increased, my employers thought they would send me on a "training day" held by Splitz. Let me tell you they echoed what this article says. The bloke who was spokesperson for splitz, always held this defensive, disgusted stance when talking about abusers. They refused to acknowledge that domestic violence happens in gay relationships and that me… | /r/MensRights | 10/12/14 07:50 PM
In case you missed it, FRONTPAGE from r/TIL the other day, "TIL that in a study of domestic violence victims, 40.2% of men who contacted local agencies for help were accused of being the batterer."Reminds me of a recent domestic violence conference I attended. The speaker was a male and spoke so aggressively of male perpertrators. I raised my hand and asked what his organisation were doing to help male victims in the area. They replied that there wasn't any support as there were no male victims ever or that there was violence in gay communities. I was so pissed I withdrew funding we had set aside for the organisation and I told them why they wouldn't be getting my support in front of the … | /r/MensRights | 26/10/14 09:38 AM
