I would say yes it does go that far. Having the freedom to do something doesn't mean you should though! Basic economics would tell us that a business that only chose to serve white people would quickly be competed out of the marketplace and would be forced to change that policy or die. Full disclosure, I'm a pretty big libertarian and that has definitely shaped my view on this topic.

Thank you for saying this. People get too caught up in their own emotions about this issue, but they don't sit down to understand that economics tell us that implications of allowing businesses to make this decision would be slim to none. Businesses seek profits and if they refuse to serve a group that leaves an opportunity for a new business to cater to that group and the businesses that make a choice not to will be forced to adapt or close.
