Not a lawyer but I think they frown upon uprooting a family at the drop of a hat like that. And if you leave alone it looks like abandonment...pretty much you're always at fault. Bust thing is to record and document everything, legally. Announce you are recording etc. Have a witness. My 2 cents.

100% this. Sounds like you are still emotional, which is fine, but don't use this as a springboard to dig up feelings.

Thanks that's great insight. Very happy for you. Life is too short to be miserable, enjoy it.

Document it all. Show that you tried to meet at mutual locations etc. The more you.can show you.are being reasonable and not using the child as tug of war the better.

I would be opposed to it. let him know you can discuss it later but for now we need to learn x, y, z. If she insists I'm not sure what I would do. Sorry you and him have to go through this.

It is much easier to bounce back at your age and in a couple years you'll be much stronger and wiser for the experience. You'll see a lot of butter guys here so be prepared for it and take it with a grain of salt, don't judge all guys for it.

If that's all you're worried about, just do whatever she asks at this point. It doesn't matter in the long run at all.

I don't know how service members in navy/abroad etc do it, but if they can do that I know I can go without short periods. Also it seems to make the time you are with them more important.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
