2	Destroyed some friendships. What can I do? Trust isn't binary, there's definitely different levels of trust. For example, there's a difference between trusting somebody with your life and trusting somebody enough to hang out at a coffee shop occasionally. I feel like in our society we sometimes forget this, and demand what is essentially 100% loyalty from the people in our lives, losing "trust" in them if their actions aren't 100% in our best interest at all times.
