Surgery is a team effort, which becomes better the longer and the more the people in the team have worked together. A surgical team is very similar to a MMO raid group. Do you know any successful raid groups where people raid part time , have constant fights over emotional shit and cause a huge turnover in group members thus ruining the whole progress...
