Wait, so their opinion is that it's not the same because you don't FEEL threatened? By their logic, then, sexism is about feeling threatened. You should tell them that you feel threatened by their words. If they continue talking, it's sexist. Oh, wait, what they really meant is that you're a man, so they can't possibly be sexist against you, so that wouldn't work.

Going by TwoX's logic, this is the result of a matriarchy and online misandry and murder culture. Oh, wait, silly me. That only applies when it's a man who murders women, and in that case it's "patriarchy, online misogyny, and rape culture." Of course feminists won't apply the same standards to a woman murdering a man for not having sex with her as a man murdering women for not having sex with him. That would require a functioning brain.

If you have a problem with censorship, I would also stay away from askwomen, or any other feminist-dominated subreddit for that matter. If any of the moderators in those subreddits disagree with you, you'll be banned from them or your post will be deleted.

Holy shit, these feminists try to bend statistics and information to suit their ends to such a degree that they claim that intellectualism is "DEFINED BY TEH MENZ!" That's gold medal mental gymnastics right there. Also, at 7 minutes, I love how they go fucking batshit insane. Simply saying that research shows something is apparently hating homosexuals according to all those who started yelling and booing. The problem with these types of conferences is that you have a background audience that hoo…

Honestly, I'm not surprised to see this on Wheaton's tumblr. He lost his spine and his sense to feminists years ago when he began worshipping them. He doesn't see the irony in being rich, white, and famous and discarding others' beliefs based on a (rigged) survey that says they're also white. I bet he's actually a strong supporter in not discarding someone's beliefs like that on the basis of sex or age...providing that someone is a woman. As for the survey, even if it were real, why does this gi…

Feminists have this belief that if a woman isn't interested in every single job where the majority are men, it's men's fault. By that logic, since I'm not interested in teaching or nursing, then it would be women's fault. Like you said, the only ones forcing them out are themselves. Many of them look at the thought of a male-populated job as disgusting and yet men are the sexist ones? Feminists are looking for any reason they can to complain. This isn't about women not being encouraged or being …

Boys fail because they're stupid and too oriented on rape. Girls fail because men are literally raping them by being in the same class as them! /s Seriously though, the whole concern about women in sciences is horse shit. Most biological college courses are filled to the brim with women and those science classes that aren't are eagerly trying to get more women into their program. But because of feminists walking into a science class and FEELING unwelcome (due most likely to being absurdly insecu…

I can just imagine the feminist response to a case like this being that it's good because it "encourages more women to speak out against rape culture!" Granted men get fucked over, but they don't give two shits.

This is one of the main reasons I can't take feminism seriously. Feminists refuse to put ANY blame on women whatsoever. Rarely in life are problems 100% because of one thing, but rather, a multitude of things. In this case, rarely are problems 100% one gender's fault over the other, but feminists like to paint it in this light. It's how you can tell something's up - things are so rarely as black and white as "Every problem is men's fault and none are women's!"

GWW did a great job and I'm glad she was able to take part in the discussion. However, one thing I've noticed from these debates on feminism and equality is that it's almost always an all woman panel. Men can't speak out against feminism without being labelled as bitter misogynists. Only women have a say in equality and its state.

"DOES ANYONE REMEMBER BANZAI KITTENS!?!?!?!?!?!" - totally relevant to the debate and worth interrupting the debaters. That, and she keeps injecting her own opinion (which matches Naomi's) into the argument.

Except things like one of the threads going on right now about "What's the most misogynist thing a guy has ever said to you?" Because those aren't just an excuse to generalize men, act sexist, and play the victim. /s The place is basically run by a bunch of mods who most likely have an SRS and againstmensrights backup account and who delete anything they disagree with, which happens to be anything that doesn't follow the feminist dogma. Seriously, look at any series of posts and look at the dele…

Agreed, and I don't know why you were downvoted for this. This subreddit has a big problem with equating "women" to "feminists."

He's an extreme white knight for Felicia (as well as other women), I've noticed. There's a twitter post where he's telling someone to shut up until they've done half enough for "Geek Culture" as she has. I'm not sure how the hell someone measures how much one has done for "Geek Culture" or even what is meant by that term, but apparently a subpar show such as The Guild is pretty high up there.

It's funny, because if men ever bring up the issue (you know, to maybe raise awareness) of domestic violence against them, they're accused of whining and saying "WHAT ABOUT TEH MENZ!?" Meanwhile, feminists keep bringing up domestic violence against women every chance they get, even if it's irrelevant to the discussion. Want an example? In a post on /twoxchromosomes (SRS-lite) about a video regarding domestic violence (with no mention of men as victims), one of the feminist users said: "Wow, MRAs…

Exactly - if it's objective, it should be provable by some means. For some reason, however, every time I ask a feminist to give me some sort of objective proof that women have it worse, I either get ignored and downvoted or the old "Well, it's obviously all around us!"

For those who haven't seen the original, it's actually quite anti-MRA. I prefer the 4chan version for it's accuracy.

I agree with pretty much all you said, but I think the last sentence has some exceptions. Borderlands 2 is an unfortunate example, where the writer is a spineless radical feminist toy who practically worships Anita Sarkeesian. I've seen several of his twitter posts where he feels guilty for accidentally having a hint of one of Anita's "tropes" in his game and where he informs some transgender fan that he plans to try to incorporate a transgender character into what he writes next (I don't have a…

Unsurprisingly, the same mindset is present in askwomen. I remember getting into an argument with one of the posters there about how men should be able to get a financial abortion and she was going on about how men who had sex but didn't want a child were deadbeat dads.

I'm guessing you're one of the SRSers trying to troll this board into being as shitty as your own. Good luck with that and in the future, try to be more subtle.

You're generalizing. Not all women are like this just as not all men are rapists. Honestly, you sound like you're trolling.

The argument going around in that thread is "it's my body, it's my choice!" It's funny how angry many of them get when you use the same logic in the counterargument of "it's my wallet, it's my choice!" That thread is so full of hypocritical feminists, I'm surprised it hasn't burst yet.
