3	My school sucks Lol my sociology professor did a lecture of the wage gap within my school and her evidence was demographics of faculty by gender. What it revealed was that the majority of women faculty were in POSITIONS THAT PAID LESS than the positions that male faculty had. Majority of male faculty worked within the STEM departments, the majority of women were in arts and humanities.
