The woman would get 2-6 years if she lived. The man would get acquitted because "he was scared and she had it coming." Men will only be found guilty if there's no doubt, and virtually no mitigating factors, which means they go down for murder (not manslaughter). They should try this new game called Life where men get to beat their wives, cheat on them, divorce them, take the house and kids, half her assets and hefty alimony and child support checks they use to buy booze and motorcycle parts while the kids go to bed hungry.
