1	Separation I'm on a similar time-frame for the official legal divorce and also have the kids 50%. I am working out, but the progress is slow on the wrong side of 40. I'm hoping to at least do some body re-composition even if I can't drop all the weight I want to. I care more about waist size than the actual number on the scale anyways. Looking at some other comments on here, it's good for my mental health that the divorce has been relatively amicable and adult so far.
