She clearly is referring to her biological sex, which, presumably, is female. There are only a few "options" when it comes to biological sex, either XX, XY, XYY, XXY, or one of those with some sort of "different" sex organ (hermaphrodites, XYs born missing a penis, etc.). Gender is a social/cultural concept. 1	As a man, this is how I demonstrate the insanity of ‘blaming’ and ‘slut shaming’ rape victims! Also, it's not just about how you dress, it's about doing things like passing out drunk in the corner. Some people think you should be able to do that without fear of being raped. –	This thread asking how to put a woman at ease if you're walking behind her late at night so she doesn't think you're a rapist is appalling. You know, I've been interested in the whole concept of men's rights for several years now, and I'm only 19. However, I've never though about this before, but yes, I do feel concerned/guilty when alone in an elevator with a woman or walking along at night.
