It's simply companies don't want to hold the liability of paying for any related damage. After having provided the training sessions, they can just tell the plaintiff lawyers to fuck off. The more ridiculous their rules, the worse it may indicate the women are abusing the system. It's a reflection of reality. Sexual harassment probably happens anyways from people higher in the hierarchy to their lower subordinate, but the rules are a reminder to people to not to do anything they are not sure of.…

As a protest, why not get a job that makes minimum wage for the next 5 years? Or start a venture that will not make you any profit for a number of years? You are going to hate yourself for every penny that you make, knowing that it will fan the flame that burns you.

Where women peform as eqauls and have eqaul experience and do the same job, they get paid the same. this is not quite true. Given the same experience and skill set, a typical man actually makes more than a typical woman, because women are generally more willing to give up a job for the family than men would, and over a long lapse of time, women do take more (long) breaks from work than men do.

If only China had these marriage laws in place, I don't think their over population problem will last too long.

Sounds about right, about 4 times the prison terms for a dad to teach a daughter killing a cat.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
