That's great you're starting young. Keep at it, and over the years it can become a stable foundation for long term mental and physical strength.

Lift weights too and you'll be a beast. Now is a perfect age to start.

I really enjoy just living with the essentials and not having to deal with all the clutter of all the unnecessary possessions that can easily accumulate over the course of a few decades. But there are some things that I feel deserve spending a decent amount of money on, such as a really good bed.

I just want to say something for the record. When I was five years old, my mother started a relationship with a guy and so far they have been together for 30 years. He's my best friend in the world and has always been a great father to me. He never once hit me, is always supportive and we enjoy each other's company. I don't know of a better man than him and I'm lucky to have been raised by such a great person. I'd do anything in the world for him.

Exactly! Finally a voice of reason in here. This entire thread has almost everyone saying that tattoos equate to negative aspects of the human condition. I want to say that I can't believe how narrow minded everyone is being, but actually I'm not surprised. There's some really good information in MGTOW and even TRP, but sometimes I come across threads like this that are just ludicrous. Tattoos on a woman does not mean that she is emotionally damaged and/or unstable. It should be obvious to every…

At least you were getting laid during your addiction days. I wasted seven of my best years- 24-27 and 30-32 on being a reclusive addict who wasn't getting laid. And I'm a good looking mother fucker too but was just way too heavily into drugs during those dry spells. Now I'm almost 35 and doing my best to make up for lost time. But it still kills me that I wasted a lot of my prime years.

I agree. Traveled India, Pakistan and Nepal and those days were the best experiences of my life. Even hooked up with a few girls during my travels and still keep in contact with one although it's been nearly 12 years after the fact. Good times.

One thing I've noticed about this subreddit is we have a horrible problem with people dog-piling on downvotes, more so than with any other subreddit I've participated in. It appears that many subscribers don't think for themselves and just follow the pack mindlessly. While there is valuable information here, these actions speak loudly for the mentality of the average redpiller participating. I do agree with many basic, cornerstone notions on this sub, but I'm increasingly aware of how there's al…

Not just for women. "cancers of the vagina, vulva, penis, anus, rectum, and oropharynx (cancers of the back of the throat, including the base of the tongue and tonsils)" While cervical cancer is the most common... "Each year, about 39,800 new cases of cancer are found in parts of the body where HPV is often found. HPV causes about 31,500 of these cancers." https://www.cdc.gov/cancer/hpv/

I'm going to agree just on the fact that female friends will do their best to hook you up with their female friends, that is, if they are truly friendship material.

What are the names of these subreddits? I think some of us would find this interesting.

First of all, obviously it's a lie and that goes without saying, and I used the word 'admitting' because the woman doesn't know it's not the truth... but that ultimately matters not. Also, sugar causing an upset stomach doesn't necessarily imply getting the shits. You're correct about diabetes in a general sense, and I say general because type 1 is not as cut and dry as implied. Predispositions for obesity can be hereditary, just like other important factors in kidney function such as glucose an…

Regardless of the woman being attractive or not, admitting a genetic predisposition for any disease would make a person seem less suitable for reproduction. I'd much rather say that sugary foods upsets my stomach- something that doesn't imply genetic inferiority.

Agreed. I always enjoyed a bit of cushion for the pushin. Some curvy women are beautiful.

Good that you made these choices early on. It gets harder as you get older, but you have a running start.

I'm currently enrolled in vocational rehab and trying to get my shit together at 34. I just went through six months of drug rehab and the corner stone of my sobriety is the gym. It is the main thing preventing me from relapse. Anyway, my vocational rehab councillor is this old, extremely obese woman who seems nice and all, until I confessed that going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week is what keeping sober and therefore alive. The bitch had the nerve to tell me that I'll have to give up the gym at s…

Woah, hold up. I'm from Hawaii and actually live in a pineapple plantation town. We are surrounded by pineapple. I fucking hate pineapple on my pizza. It's an abomination.

No problem, I'm glad to share. Just to clarify, there are exceptions to solid eye contact such as when conversing with another or listening intently. It would be quite odd watching two people have a conversation while they both look away the entire time!

Back in the ancient days it was believed that a person would be attempting to steal someone's mana by staring into their eyes. This was especially true when it came to the chiefs and those of high bloodlines who were believed to have descended from gods. In modern Hawaii, and perhaps all of Polynesia as well, staring blankly into a strangers eyes especially for a relatively prolonged period is considered rude at the least and attempting to start a fight at most. Not saying that eye contact is ta…

Is aggressive eye contact really a thing at your gym? I've never noticed such things at my gym (24 hour fitness), as most people just smile or nod when making the occasional eye contact. But then again I'm from Hawaii and we have much different social norms especially when it comes to eye contact, which is something that goes back to the ancient days. But yeah aggressive eye contact seems a bit odd.

Speed lowers inhibitions. I know this girl who spent a lot of time homeless and abusing meth. It definitely increased her game, but not in a healthy way. She'd constantly find random people to smoke with and fuck them.

As am I- more concerned with function. Anyway, I'm from Polynesia and perhaps that's where my opinion comes from as far as aesthetics are concerned. Not to say the super shredded look isn't nice or commendable, but my personal preference leans in the other direction.

I agree that strong with a bit more body fat is probably healthier. And maybe the following opinion has a lot to do with cultural preferences, but having a healthy round face that seems well fed is more appealing than the low body fat, starved look.

Could the reaction of women be a response to your increased confidence? I know you said that your mannerisms haven't really changed, but perhaps that difference appears subtle to you.

Some psychiatrists will diagnose adhd right off the bat, but it's rare, and when they do you'll be running through all the front line medications first like stratera or welbutrin. After exhausting a lot of those, they'll switch to phenedates like Ritalin. After that comes the amps. Your best bet is to get an actual diagnostician to diagnose you with ADHD. It'll take a few visits and many hours of testing but once you get that diagnosis you're golden.
