I'm definitely starting to understand that. Before you can show anyone your personality and other merits you'd have to attract them first. Although in my case you've shown me that my problem isn't even being attractive, it's actually having someone to attract in the first place!

Thanks for the interesting read! Just felt that door slamming shut in my face 😂

I'm not sure if I'm valuabe to men specifically, but I've never been overweight, have high education levels and am good at housekeeping. I can't really vouch for the supportive side of things as I'm not in a relationship. If I go with someone who is taller than me, has better education than me, earns more than I will, and is fit...I think that narrows the pool a lot, not sure if any of those options are unrealistic... No worries, looking forward to your future posts!

Thanks for the enjoyable read! I have a couple of issues (not with your post) and I'd like to hear your comment on them: As a person who believes that she is valuable, I've never wanted to compromise on what is valuable in men (especially height!) I've been called shallow for having such a view but I don't see why I should 'settle' for someone whose values I won't truly appreciate. How can I come across as someone of value to others in everyday life? Thanks (:

Hmm from a man's point of view, what does a great "girl game" look like?

I'm a 23 year-old with a question about relationships - how can I come to terms with the fact that RP men appear to be so against committing to a girl? I'd love to hear men's advice about this (and the ladies' too!) As someone who really values marriage, I'm really surprised and disappointed by how vehemently RP men seem to oppose marriage and commitment. Yes, I understand that men chase sex and women chase commitment - it's even reflected by the contents on the respective subreddits. But the po…

Once I went on a weekend trip to a city 10 hours away with a friend with less than 24 hours of planning beforehand. So many things went wrong or were just plain unexpected, but they were interesting experiences nonetheless and they've become great inside jokes! And I'm still grateful to my friend for being flexible with me throughout the trip. If you're going on a spontaneous trip, the best advice I can give is to take things as they come! It might not always be 100% fun, but there is a certain …

Thank you for all these great tips! I'll definitely try them out soon, I'm sure these tips apply outside of work environment too. Never too much practice! (:

I second curries! There's nothing easier than making a huge pot of curry then freezing it in portions. Steaks also freeze well, if your boyfriend is happy to defrost them, cook them (takes minutes) and have them with some salad. Spinach & ricotta pastry roll is a favourite of mine and they freeze well too. Although they're not always the prettiest when baked for the second time. I've noticed that things usually last in the fridge a longer than I assume. Good airtight containers help a lot!

Thank you! I'm 23 and although I probably won't be in a strict office environment when I graduate and work, I'm still looking to train myself for corporate environment. That's a really great tip - I'll try to remember that work is just work, and that my life is bigger than my work. It'd help to reduce stress in the future too! Do you have any other work-related tips that you could share?

Great! Here it is: Sticky date pudding/cake 200g/700oz pitted dried dates (chopped or not, depends how big you want the date bits to be. Once you cook them they'll soften and fall apart a little anyway.) 1 1/4 cup water 1 tsp bicarb 50g/2oz butter 100g/3.5oz brown sugar (or less if you don't an overwhelmingly sweet cake.) 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup flour 2 tsp baking powder Preheat the oven to 350F/180C and grease and line a cake pan. Put the dates with 1 1/4 cups water in a saucepan and bring…

Do you guys like sticky date pudding/cake? I have an easy recipe that has never failed me even when I thought I stuffed it up..I can share it once I get home if you'd like! Otherwise my cooking style tends to be more recipe-less improvisations... :/

That's great! Congrats on the invitation (: I have a pretty hot temper so I'm always inspired by reports like yours. Although I'm not in a relationship I've been trying to be more mellow in my friendships and I think it's starting to work well. As for the banoffee pie recipe - I don't have a dairy free one but I've read somewhere that you can substitute the toffee bit with caramel made with coconut milk! Hope it goes well and let us know if you find a good recipe (:

I went on today and no-one was there. Maybe it'd be easier if we had a designated "chat time" but for now I'm happy to log on randomly and hope that someone's on! (:

I was also wondering exactly about this! I did try to make a post asking straight up if anyone wanted to start a group chat but it wasn't approved for the fear of doxxing (fair enough). But I'd love to have some red pill ladies to chat to everyday about RPW everyday things - especially as I don't use Reddit everyday. I live in a very liberal city so I don't have anyone to talk to in real life about RPW stuff. I have snapchat and whatsapp and so on but I'm not sure about an app that'd let us chat…

I'm also curious about this! I don't really have RPW models to talk to in life. My hobbies and interests aren't what you'd classify as "feminine", and I haven't gone to a church group like I used to in ages cause I'm always moving back and forth..does anyone have any Australia-specific tips? Or any tips?

Thank you for sharing this with us! As a single person I feel really happy for you guys when I read these lovely stories, and I can't wait to be in a loving relationship myself. Who would have thought that being an interesting person with hobbies, good boundaries, and knowing when to pick your battles and being kind whenever possible would get you places? :P I started to take real interest in self-development and it's so fun, I hope to make myself the best possible woman for my future man who's …

I'm just in my last year of studies! Aside from avoiding a party-orientated lifestyle, my tips would be: Avoiding unhealthy competitive/superiority mentality: one really good lesson I've learned from RPW is not looking down on other women. There's no point in putting down other women by how they look, dress or talk. Yes they may not come across as "feminine", which is something RPW value. But I've been trying to look for positives in everyone (especially women) and it's made me more positive! Th…

Hey, I'm a 23 y/o STEM major and like you I've had that maternal tendencies since I was in my teens - but I also have an ambitious side of me that wants to take my career (about to graduate from my Masters) as far as it will go. What were some of your other interest areas that could potentially become your career if you choose not to become a teacher? Have you looked into those areas? I think like u/bitchpotatobunny said it's important not to make your whole career about teaching only as an outl…

Thanks! Studying and working keeps me pretty busy :p I think they just made a chat feature, I'm not always on reddit though. I also have snapchat, whatsapp and messenger on my phone all of which I use more often..not sure what's best for others though!

Aw thanks! I'm not in a relationship (sadly!) but I meant my relationships with other people in general. Still I'm really keen to share progress! I'm thinking about asking if RPW wants to start a support group chat..

At my old house there used to be rose bushes right outside my window, and if I opened the window on a summer day the room used to smell incredible. Having little pots of herbs in your kitchen or even your bedroom can look good, smell good and later taste good as well! I think having flowers and plants is a way of bringing "life" (literally) to your environment. Just brightens it and refreshens it and I'd recommend it to anyone!

That's great! I've been trying to soften my attitude in my relationships (very difficult with a fiery personality like mine!) and your story has really inspired me to contribute more into my relationships. It really does take two to tango and improve the dynamic!
